I fix product orgs that have stopped working.

When your team grows past 50 people and delivery becomes unpredictable, I build the operating infrastructure that makes it work again. Then I wire in AI so the gains compound instead of just holding.

The Pattern I Keep Seeing

Your team's working harder. The results aren't keeping up.

Product organizations break in predictable ways. The team grows past 50 or 80 people, the roadmap gets complicated, and the operating model that worked in the early days stops being sufficient. Engineering and product stop communicating clearly. Launches slip. Leadership loses visibility into why.

The instinct is to hire more people, run more planning ceremonies, or bring in a consultant who hands over a framework and leaves. None of that fixes the root cause. The infrastructure was never built for the current scale, and nobody's had the mandate to replace it.

That's the problem I walk in to solve. I build the infrastructure myself before I build the team that runs it. At every organization I've worked with, the industry changed. The broken operating model was the same.

Launches are slipping, but nobody can say exactly why

Status lives in someone's head or a Slack thread. By the time leadership hears about it, the slip is already a week old.

Engineering and product are running parallel roadmaps

Priorities agreed in planning get renegotiated mid-sprint. Both teams are busy; they're just not building the same thing.

AI is everywhere in the org chart, nowhere in the workflow

Individuals are experimenting. Nothing is governed, measured, or compounding. The productivity gains that should be visible aren't there yet.

How I Work

Two things I do that most executives at my level delegate.

I build operating systems that outlive me

The pattern across every engagement is the same: I come into an organization where product and engineering have stopped functioning, design and build the entire operating infrastructure myself (the PDLC, the governance frameworks, the dashboards, the cadences, the PMO), then hand it to a team that runs it without me.

At ViX, I was the first product hire at a $2B platform and shipped a global product to 50 million users in 9 months. A team of 100 grew around the infrastructure I built because the infrastructure existed first. That’s the model, and it’s held at every organization since.

I'm a senior leader who actually builds AI, not just approves it

I didn’t oversee AI initiatives from a presentation. I built RAG-powered contract agents that deflected 40% of legal review workload, deployed GenAI workflows that cut documentation time by 50%, and accelerated delivery cycles through CI/CD automation. I’m currently shipping B2C MVPs in 2 to 3 week cycles using Lovable and Replit.

That combination, executive accountability and hands-on technical execution, is genuinely uncommon at the Director and VP level. Most leaders at this stage manage people who build things. I build them first, then build the people who own them.

Case Work

The industry changed every time. The broken operating model didn't.

Zero-To-One

First product hire at a post-merger $2B platform. No team, no infrastructure, no operating model.
Built the full product organization from zero, led 20 PMs and 80 engineers across 3 time zones, and delivered global platform launch in 9 months.

Fragmented Teams

Four platform teams running separate processes, duplicated work, and no shared delivery standards.
Standardized product operations across all four teams, implemented shared component libraries and unified release processes, and drove 25% user engagement increase through data-driven prioritization.

24/7 Infrastructure

24/7 live content delivery with mounting operational costs and reliability gaps for a joint ABC News/Univision audience.
Designed and executed cloud migration on AWS/GCP, integrated ITIL into operational workflows, and reduced platform downtime 25% while cutting operational costs 30%.

AI Implementation

Multiple client engagements in fintech, SaaS, and enterprise tech needing product operations built fast and AI deployed with real results.
Built RAG-powered contract management agent eliminating 15 manual hours per week, deployed GenAI documentation workflows cutting time 50%, and shipped B2C MVPs in 2 to 3 week production timelines.

If your delivery is slipping and leadership can't see why, that's a 20-minute conversation.

I'm open to Senior Director and Head roles in product operations, and to fractional engagements where you need the operating system built fast without a full-time hire. Fintech, healthcare tech, and enterprise SaaS are where I'm focused right now.
