I don't wait for perfect information. I gather what I need, align to strategy, and move. Decisive leadership is a service to the people around you.
Systems Beat Heroics
Teams that rely on individuals to be heroes don't scale. I build the frameworks and infrastructure so the right outcome happens consistently with or without me in the room.
Ship, Then Refine
Perfect is the enemy of done. I prefer a working MVP in two weeks over a perfect plan in six months. We learn by shipping, not by planning.
I built audiences before I built products.
From 1987 to 2000, I was on-air across Miami’s biggest radio stations; Urban, Jazz, and Spanish formats, under the names “Cezar on the Radio” and “Cesar El Morenito.” I hosted, engineered, and read audiences for 13 years before writing a single line of product requirements.
Radio taught me things no product course can: how to communicate under pressure, how to read a room you can’t see, how to make split-second decisions that hold an audience. I brought every one of those instincts into tech and they still show up in every meeting I lead.

Hired as employee #1 on the product side of ViX post-merger. Built and organized the first team of 20 PMs and supervised 80 engineers in the first 9 months leading to launch. Converted the team into a formal PMO, established SOX-level governance for IPO readiness, and delivered $5M in annual savings through 500+ FAST channel migrations.
